This is one that we've had in our own collection for a while at PARAT but the time has come for it to find a new home and be adored! We understand it to be an antique German piece based on the hallmarks. The lapis is such a wonderful, vivid blue, with those flecks of gold. The ring has beautiful ornate shoulders too.
