Returns and Refund Policy
For any return requests, please contact us in the first instance.
This policy applies solely to items purchased through this website.
We offer refunds on returns based on the consumer rights act 2015. We do ask that you contact us within 24 hours of receipt if there are any issues but understand this is not always possible. You have the right to cancel your purchase within the first 14 days of receiving your goods. You have a further 14 days to return the goods to us once you have notified us of your intention to return them. If the return isn't received during this time then you are not entitled to a refund.
We will refund you, excluding any original delivery charge, to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item back, providing that it is in the same condition as it was sent out in (unworn, unaltered, and undamaged). You are responsible for paying the return delivery, this will not be refunded.
For customers in the UK, you must use Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure that the item is appropriately insured and traceable. Please supply the tracking code and retain your receipt as proof of postage.

For customers outside of the UK, you must return your purchase in it's original condition (unworn, unaltered and undamaged) via DHL Express, clearly marked as a return and insured for the appropriate value. This is at your own cost. You will also not receive the shipping you originally paid back. Please note, if there are any fees associated with PARAT accepting the return back through import/customs fees, the customer is responsible for paying these. Please supply the tracking code and retain your receipt as proof of postage.. Please contact us for more information.
We do not offer refunds on bespoke or customised items. This includes, but is not limited to, rings altered by sizing and adjustments to chain lengths. We do not offer refunds on items purchased through layaway.
As per the terms of the guarantee detailed on this website, we are not liable for and cannot be held responsible for the reparation and maintenance of products past the point of sale; except in cases of gross negligence or misdescription by us.
Items purchased while on sale are not eligible for returns from outside of the UK. This does not affect your statutory rights. We also do not accept returns on items that are damaged by the customer.
In the extremely unlikely situation that your item is damaged in transit, please contact us.
